Four-shaft Automatic Cling Film Rewinding Machine
AH-FW-4S (20-50)
Automatic cling film rewinding machine (AH-FW-4S) is mainly used to produce small rolls of household PE/PVC cling film.
This rewinding machine can be customized according to the user's mother roll width: 200-300mm & 200-500mm.
It's equipped with four winding shafts, fully automatic core loading, rewinding, cutting, and product unloading.
The touch panel can view the various data during rewinding, such as line speed, quantity/minute, production quantity, single roll length, total length accumulation and so on.
The settings are also set through the machine data, the speed and length of some functions according to the user’s habits, so that the user can operate the machine more conveniently, and increase the production capacity of mechanical rewinding.
It is worth mentioning that it has an optional curling device to curl the end of the roll. When opening a new roll, your customers will no longer be upset by tearing the film. In addition, there is no need to use label stickers on the finished product.
